    The khaki-Campbell duck Thread !!!!!!!!

Aw yikes, I was afraind you'd say most of them ended up being drakes. I didn't want straight run but that's all they had for ducks at TSC. I guess I'll be back here in a couple of months asking help to sex them haha. Thanks!

    The khaki-Campbell duck Thread !!!!!!!!

I just got my first small flock of duckling from Tractor Supply yesterday! They were straight run which makes me nervous because I really don't want all of them to turn out to be male. Has anyone else bought ducklings from TSC, and if they were straight run, how many turned out to be drakes?

Long Islanders.... I know you are out there

I have 18 chickens and my coop is 8 ft by 6ft, I think it has plenty of space for them but they're still young so who knows. I don't actually live on long Island, I live in Queens but long island is the closet I'm going to get to finding a thread I belong to haha

I will have double walls, ply wood on the outside and the inside so that should help keep them a bit warmer. Also I...

Hey there fellow New Yorkers. I have a question about your winter chicken coops. I know this topic has been over discussed in other threads but since you all have first hand experience with NY winters I wanted your expert opinions. Does your coop have insulation? Do your provide chickens with...

    Sneezing Chicks

Hey everyone, My chicks just turned a month old and I was very excited but I've since realized that many of them are sneezing. They seem like dry sneezes and there are not other symptoms of anything but I'm worried and would love some advise. I've been reading other posts and I've been getting...
