Please don't cull your boy. He looks like he is almost healed. I have a rooster with no legs he lives inside. If you are not able to care for your boy there is a group on FB called crossbeaks and special birds. They can help rehome him you can also reach me on Instagram @lipstick_and_chickens
My beautiful silkie Bianca! I purchased her as a juvenile and noticed her beak looks dry and crusty. There is a small amount of brown on the top. Is this normal? I've never seen it on any of my other birds. She is 5 months old.
