    Black Star?

    I wondered if maybe RIR too over Cuckoo Maran hen or something was possible. McMurray says they have two lines for Black Stars but I couldn't find any information on what breeds they use. No matter what she is, I plan to borrow my parents' Maran rooster and hatch some eggs next spring!

    She's not the only outlier, there's an Amber Star in there as well, she just blends in well with the Leghorns. I did mainly just want the Leghorns, but at $6 a piece I definitely couldn't pass up the other two!
