I have bought some young pullets a couple different times from here. She guarantees pullets and will trade you for a pullet if one of yours turns out to be a roo. I was there last week and she had hundreds of chicks including silkies, not sure about polish though...
Hello everyone!
Just started with a small flock in our Provo backyard last summer consisting of RIR, BPR & RSL - GC.
All of them laid every day throughout the winter. They get along great with my two cats who I let roam around the flock under direct supervision.
This is Daisy Mae, our crazy snow pullet. She is my wife's favorite. Daisy isn't afraid of a little snow. While the RIRs try to figure out how to get around or over the snow to the dirt bath tub sheltered by the house eves, Daisy just trucks right through it.

Yes, the ones that couch are wanting to mate with you (the rooster). Rub their back next to their tail feathers and watch. They will fluffy up after and make cooing sounds.
