My sister lives in Fort Worth aka Dallas and was wondering about a good egg laying breed that would do well in that climate :) Any suggestions or breeders?

Im currently in Georgia and I am falling in love with these birds! We are moving to Vegas but have a friend that would take in any girls I can get my hands after we move :) Oh I want one so bad :P!

We are moving to Vegas soon * husband and I are both military and ETS'ing but moving to his home state :) ). I was wondering what types of chickens do the best in that dry hot climate. I am hoping to not get a too aggressive breed and looking for breeders :)
