How long will a hen raise her chicks?
I have a hen that is still mothering and the chicks will be 3 months next week. She's not overly aggressive about defending them though, so hopefully she'll stop soon and get back to laying. I hope she goes broody again though, she's a really good mom.- Verockica

Four week old EE I got as a pullet, but I'm thinking the comb is a bit pinker than I'd like. This chick is also the only one that starts fights.- Verockica

Yay! I just found out about this place yesterday and went by on a whim. Ended up leaving with two new babies, and I will be back on Friday for some Easter Eggers. :D- Verockica

I got a Light Brahma yesterday in Olympia at Eastside Urban Farm and Garden. IDK if they still have some, but they get chicks on Fridays and they told me they would do orders, so you could try there.- Verockica
