    Extreme heat issues

    I take empty milk jugs with water and freeze them, then when it gets hot I take the jug and put it the 5 gallon bucket of water. If you have a smaller waterer try using a smaller jug or bottle filled with frozen water

    I live in a small rural town and so far I guess having a rooster is ok, one can hear others crowing in the mornings and evenings. I will keep Mr. P, as he has a special place in my heart along with my other chicks, they love to cuddle! I will post pics of the ladies later when the light is good.

    I have a 12 week Leghorn (Hen ?) when I heard her crow I was looking online to see how to tell the sex, i know you have helped other people with determining the sex of their Leghor, having a log discussion with family about my Leghorn and everyone thinks its different sex than other family...
