She really is amazing, Seeing her in action is pretty cool! Of course they love to free range the yard, so she has a bit of mud on her beak there... NW weather is sooo WET right now!

OH Yipee! The baby Serama was born last night! By my counting 3 days late... HOW TINY BABY is! And is the coloring of a CHIPMUNK! What color will this grow up to be? Are there any tricks to determining the sex at this point, or when and whaa? The first pic below is the Serama in our hands...

YAY! I just got my first batch of hatching eggs today and set them under my super broody hens. Beautiful blue eggs of the Crested Cream Legbar were put under our silkie momma, and some darling tiny Serama eggs under our bantam Cochin. I hope the girls are happy cause all they want to do is...
