I wanted to reply to you for an update. I posted this, and then a day or two later she started getting a few black spots in her fuzz. We got ourselves a splash!

I received some day old chicks from mypetchicken.com on the 20th of August, so they are about 17 days old. I ordered one black silkie, one Mille Fleur d’uccle, and one blue silkie.
Now I know the blue silkies are a mutated color so they can turn out blue, black, or splash, but mine...
