    Ok, so my flock has a mycoplasma. 3 chickens with swollen eyes, the rest no symptoms. Gave a tetracycline antibiotic, per our vet, and all seem to be doing better expect the 3 hens with swollen eyes. Does anyone have experience with mycoplasmas? How often will it come back? Will it come back...

    Quick question. Any clues as to why some of my fresh eggs look hard boiled? I cracked open a fresh egg today and the whites were solid, as if I’d hard boiled it. They were slightly runny though. It’s getting hot here but over 150F? No way.

    I’m not trying to be rude but please do research on animals before you get them. It’s quite sad when human ignorance (that’s easily changed by a quick google search) kills animals.
