    Loaner duck

    I have 5 ducks about 9 weeks old. They’ve always all stayed very close together. Lately one particular one isn’t hanging with the other 4. Is this normal or should I be concerned? It seems healthy otherwise. Thanks!

    Could you post a pic or link to the heated buckets you use? I’m considering a few ducks and I too am in Canada. The winter is my only hold-back.

    Do they move to the garage for winter or year round? And when you speak of the hay bales, do you mean that acts as their “fence”? If so do they make a mess of it or chew/dig through? Thanks!

    Ducks in Ontario

    Hi! I’m thinking of a few, maybe 3 ducks for eggs and friendly yard friends. BUT I live in Ontario snd hate the cold. The idea of chipping ice off their water bowl or hauling water 3x a day is deterring me. What do other cold winter people do? Thanks!
