    How long will a duck sit now on day 35

    My duck hatched out only 2 eggs the last one on Wednesday. Today she completely redid her nest and kicked 3 eggs out. Now she has three left. I'm not sure which ones may be good, our other female has a habit of laying her eggs in the same nest when the female that is sitting gets off to eat.

    My mallard is 6 months old and has hatched two ducklings and is still sitting. My other 6 month old is still laying but shows no sign of wanting to sit.

    My sweet drake killed one of our babies. I put the nest along with the remaining eggs in a cage with the baby that is left, but the female will not go in willingly and has started sitting on the other ducks eggs. Why did the drake kill the baby?

    This is Fluffy, my male with his two females. I know he is part mallard because of his head (I think). I'm not sure what breed he is but he is very sweet and always a gentleman to his girls. He waits for them to approach him to mate and he lets me pick him up anytime I want.

    Here are mine. The females look like mallards. The male looks half mallard and half Swedish. He is very friendly.

    Blue Swedish. The duckling looks just like his daddy did. It is so cute. I do hope more hatch. Daisy the mom is very dedicated. Spot, my other female has never showed any interest in sitting, in fact she started out laying her eggs in daisy's nest. Daisy put a stop to it after a week or so.

    I have a blue Swedish that flys to a pond a mile away when he gets scared. He is easy to catch, so I go pick him up and bring him home.

    I had one egg hatch 36 hours ago. What are the chances of others hatching? I did not think they would start hatching for 4 more days.
