Portland, go figure. I'd make some calls to some local bike shops and ask if they build up bikes. You can usually get them to keep an eye out for styles/sizes you want and you'll get something...

So....do you also assume all women are thieves? Because that's the wild extrapolation you're using to whine about food stamps. And I can't believe your state allows food stamps to be used for liquor and cigarettes. Mine doesn't.
On a happy note, my state allows food stamps to be used at farmers...
Do you have any evidence at all to back any of this up? Were you out of the country during Newt Gingrich's 1990s "change welfare as we know it" programs? This program, as with all social services in this country, has been reformed and refined many times.

2. Fund last year's $40 million bailout of Tyson chickens (USDA bought their unpurchased product) because the greedy sorts running the company continued to increase production while demand remained flat...
