    Just to add, I am pretty utilitarian in practice, so its another reuse of a stock tank. Reuse of my Sunbeam Heating Pad, Reuse of the Hardware Cloth Frame. The wooden block is for the waterer, to keep a level foundation for the waterer.

    I had a happy accident! I recovered my old heating pad (sunbeam) from the barn... The pad lining has been mouse chewed in one spot, but testing out it still works fine! So press and seal here I come and canceled the one I ordered on Amazon. Another box checked on the preparations!

    Not purchased. Came from my friends farm. No Wyandottes there. No Easter Eggers either. They do have Ameraucana though.. One of the 5 that hatched is at least half Ameraucana - came out of a blue egg. The hen in the pic went broody so I put eggs under her.
