Thanks for the info, I should have stated I want to get started in Cortunix.

So, I'm really wanting to get into raising quail as food source for my family but I don't know a soul who does this. I'm getting a coop this weekend and have the, of lack of knowing the better term, nursery set up. So now I just need some quail! Does anyone live close to wichita that has chicks...
