I thought it was a typo for guinea pig, but turns out there are hogs called guinea, who knew?
Yeah me too I was about to type about my guinea pigs but thougt I better confirm what the hog bit was...
Hi all, What are some funny things you have found your chickens doing and what are their names?
Mine are: Honey, Gingy and Pebbles.
Funniest things ive seen them do would be 2 sitting on quad bike hangers with one on the seat.....they all got off by the time I found the camera but was funny...
Im not entirely sure but don't you have to introduce the babies to the other chickens before joining them together if they aren't with thier mumma?
Good luck to you tho - post picis of your babies
Yeah thats what I would have done too, not sure how long but taking her away would probably put her in her place enough to stop her attitude...Fingers crossed for you.
Location - Under the mango tree
Ventilation - We have added a wire roof so the top roof can be lifted up either side to catch fresh air which my chickens seem to love
Space - Loads of it!! Too much really for the amount I have but they deserve it
Ive been told that the males are the prettier ones and the females are more plain.
So as this is a rather pretty bird I'd say male- tho I do find the females to be pretty too.

How old is your chicken? They can have splayed legs when they are born but that can be fixed....I would seperate her tho just incase the others see her as weak.
This is Penny at 9-10 weeks, she is now 10 & 1/2 weeks
She is the black beauty in front. My others in the background went to a good farmer as they were roosters.
