    Swedish Flower Hen Thread

    I finally got 12 Swedish hens. They all are so diverse in color . you can really tell the difference from a good distance. Hope to post pics soon.

    Tell me why you keep Roosters...

    I have a three year old "Black Star" Rooster, Named "General Tso" He is the easiest keeper on the place. He crows some but it is not an annoyance.

    7 month old Black Langshans STILL aren't laying

    We are having really mild weather in OK. So my young ones are off a little but not much. I grow a patch of chicory and its still green so there still getting green stuff. Lots of water is good too.

    I raise Buff Orps, Rhode Island Reds Black Star, Red Star, Light Brahma. Also, Alpine Dairy Goats and Rabbits. and love every minute of it.
