    Here is a different pic of them both. I got 10 chickens from a few different sources and so far 1 has been the correct breed and sex. Would be ok with an EE and some colored eggs though. :)

    The chick in back is the one with black feathered legs that might be a roo. It's got a double comb?? Obviously I'm no expert. :). Thanks in advance!

    My sons class at school hatched chickens. We were told Copper Maran and/or Austrolorp. We're also told three of the four were female but I'm afraid they may have been wrong. I have two with the copper necks and yellow feathered legs and both have the same combs. I have two with black...

    Thank you! Welsummer eggs are pretty too and my son is actually stoked to hear that his "Henrietta" may be a "Henry", lol.

    I bought these from Atwoods in the "Assorted Heavies" bin. My kiddos want to know what kind we have. They are hoping for some blue or green eggs. :) If possible, would like to know if we have males or females I think the first one might be a black sex link. Thanks in advance for the help!
