From you clip, it looks like the Embden (?) is keeping them a safe distance away, not too aggressive but enough to say 'you're not part of my brood'. You have some lovely looking birds though :0)
Lol. It's a feeder where the chucks or geese hit a coiled mechanism with their beaks and the corn, wheat or whatever falls to the floor. It's great for avoiding mess! I bought mine from www.solwayfeeders.com but I'm sure there are other suppliers in the U.S. who stock similar...
Thanks but its not really practical for me to do that. I have wormed all the adults before and they are super easy but there are no manufacturer instructions on how young is too young unfortunately.
I have seven adult geese and a three month old gosling and am preparing to worm them all with Flubenvet but I can't seem to find the 'safe' age for worming my gosling. Does anyone have any idea when I would be able to do this please? Thanks
