Diatomaceous earth.
It's a fine powder. Like talc.
Shake it over the birds & rub it into the feathers.
Put tablespoon sized piles on top of the roost boxes & scatter it into the bedding on the floor.
If they have a dirtbath put it in there with the dirt.

Beware dogs eating chicken / bird droppings. It is dangerous for some dogs.
