3/4 I believe one of my EE's has a pattern of laying every other day. She's the one that lays the only green egg. I did boil and make deviled eggs with the fresh eggs for the first time today! So glad I have BYC to search and ask advice for, those were the best hard boiled eggs I've ever made! :)- wulfdragyn

Do your hens separate by their breeds?
They were all raised in a big flock from a local farm. I believe one hen may be older than all the rest by 5 months and the ducks are only 8 weeks old. When I bought the hens she said they were hacked last May or October. They do have their own personalities which keeps things interesting! The...- wulfdragyn

Do your hens separate by their breeds?
Watching my 2 Buff Orpingtons and 2 Easter Eggers and 2 Mallard Ducks roam around the yard. They tend to stick with the other that's the same breed. Is that normal? Thanks all! I'm hoping for that 4th egg still. Here's what's been laid so far this week (minus one for dinner Sunday night!) The light light brown almost white was the one laid yesterday. We'll see what we get today!- wulfdragyn
