This is Mr. Duddles aka Mr. Roen He is in the process of changing colors :) He was attacked by a hawk about a month ago, and after some tlc he is all better. He is very sweet :)- wvducklady

Tats exactly how I felt too. Watching my Duddles sit in a box all day was just too sad for a duck. He could not walk at all, and eventually he could not swim without me balancing him. I even had to hold him so he could clean and oil himself....no life at all for a duck. Mine had a great appetite...- wvducklady

Thank you for that advice! I got 2 baby mallards a week ago, and I will keep that apple cider vinegar tip just in case.- wvducklady

I am so sorry for your duck loss as well :( I cried when my Duddles had to be put down, and then cried my eyes out when I found my Duddy murdered by the hawk. She always ran to me when she was scared, and it just broke my heart. If I had not showered I would have heard her and saved her. Yea...- wvducklady
