    I think both pullets. My EE's both have hackle feathers that are more pointed than other breeds.

    I think the pullet with the more red and larger comb/wattles is very close to laying. They are both pullets.

    That's a hen. At 1.5 years they might start slowing down and Oldhen is right, they aren't the best layers anyway. Mine is laying less than that right now, but it's hot here.

    That's a pullet. She's getting ready to lay. See how her comb and wattles are bigger and redder than the one next to her? That's also why she's squatting for you.

    Definite cockerels. They won't have any male feathering yet at that age- but those combs and wattles don't lie.

    The wattles are coming soon. At that age- that comb is a huge indicator. It'll get more red and the wattles will show up. They don't get the male feathering until around 12-13 weeks. Some people have seen trends on cockerels being slower to feather, but it's not always the case.

    At this point they are feathering in nice and dark, but the first one has a larger comb. Time will tell. I think all pullets today.

    At four months, I'm guessing pullet. I don't see any saddle feathers, and the barring is dark.
