Self Blue D,Uccle cockerel, but no fluffy feet?

I bought a self blue D’Uccle chick from a local feed mill but he’s about 3.5 months old now and no fluffy face or feet. Do cockerels take longer to grow those feathers or is he not a d’uccle? I have never raised one before but we have had Cochins who got their fluffy boots pretty early.

    HELP! Chicken feather disease?

Haven’t checked for mites yet. She’s not being picked on I monitor my chickens every day. She lays eggs like normal. She just looks scraggly and it’s getting worse every week. It’s not molting, they just lose feathers. They don’t rot like this.

    HELP! Chicken feather disease?

One of my hens has what looks to be “rotting” feathers and they have been getting worse over the past few weeks. She’s had these for a while now and it’s not molting. It’s not from other chickens, she’s in the top of the pecking order. Our roosters are small and not the problem either. Any one...

    Unknown Bantam from TSC!

I bought some chicks from Tractor Supply, and all of them had their breeds listed and we knew what they were. Except for one chick, she was plain white and all by herself. No breed name. Anyone know what breed she is? She is small and skinny, her feathers have white lacing over tan, and she has...

Oh and one more question. This is my first time having a silkie, and I’m wondering how long it’s takes them to get fully fluffed? A year?

    Black Silkie Cockerel or Hen?

This little chicken has been quite the challenge for us. We have a little roo who has been crowing for a few weeks. So we can’t tell if this silkie is a roo or hen. Doesn’t act like a roo, is super sweet, and makes more of a “hen” sound. Hasn’t even tried to crow. But the silkie looks like a...

I can sex your pullets and cockerels!

First one looks like a golden sebright pullet and last one might be an old English game. I have an old English game hen, super small and friendly chickens! Not sure about the one in the middle, might be some kind of polish chicken.
