I wish I kept chickens as well as ducks but ducks have always taken care of themselves while I am in the City for my job during the weekday. We have had as many as thirteen ducks and two swans at one time, but the bird rehab professional who used to give us her triaged domestic waterfowl retired a couple years ago and now I have only one duck who is so lonely. So I thought maybe I could meet a connection here to someone who needs to "place" domestic ducks for year-round residency.
