A co worker of mine has a hen that is still eating and drinking and seams to be very good.But her back end is wet and is dripping like water her vent is red and looks swollen.The back ends has a like milky watery stuff on the feathers.She is 24wks old .

My newer hens are almost 18 weeks and was so shocked to find a small egg tonight.It was soft shelled but still and egg to me..lol.Guess I'll change the food in the morning.Now that the girl are ladies now..lol
I would use deer netting.I did it to my run to keep the big birds and little ones apart.Works well.The netting is 7x50. if you need bigger you can get netting for trees and it is 14x50.
