Any Muscovy Mule's offspring out there?

I spent several hours looking for her nest before she actually went broody but failed (we were really wanting some eggs). By the time we found it was when she was sitting on them for a week already, we heard a hiss when we stood by the thorny rose bush then we realised we got close to her nest...

    Muscovy Mule/Hybrid Duck egg incubation

Yes indeed, most domesticated ducks are from mallards. In this case there are wild mallard drakes flying around that mated with the muscovy mum, and the appleyard that is domesticated.

Any Muscovy Mule's offspring out there?

Thanks for your reply, I don't think she goes back to the nest area at all. Her 1st nest that we found was somewhere else easier to access but she noticed we took her eggs so she didn't use that site again. It is her 2nd nest this time. Any Muscovy Mule's offspring out there?

I have mule drakes and they mated with my muscovy hen...now she is sitting on eggs. I ate some of her eggs before and thought they could be fertile, but I don't know for sure ( I am a newbie)! So I am just wondering if there will be any ducklings from this? I know the odds are low. And does she...

Could this duck be a mallard type-muscovy hybrid? (Photos)

I bought two that are mallard/appleyard mules drakes, they dont have to look like their mum! And one of them is bigger than the other. Same clutch.
