    Thanks, been here since 2014, just dont post much, lol. Really do a lot of searching. Really should post pics of my coop i built that blew over and the one that replaced it. Just finding the time to do it, lol. 20 acres keeps me busy!

    Believe she's a RIR, got her at Orschlens or TSC, so who knows. I havent got, or at least found a soft shell egg in 3 days or so. But who knows, she was dropping them all over the place. I'm scared to look under my shed, where they spend a lot of time.

    So i have a young hen doing this. Will just drop trow and pop one out in the grass. Been doing it for several days now, 2 or 3 a day. Looks disturbed too. Has had layer pellets and oyster shell since they started laying, probably before she did, others got a jump on her i believe. Anyway...

    Darn, I hope it's a pullet. It is by far our favorite, acts like a dog and follows us around. Anyway, out to build the coop.

    Been lurking for awhile. Figured it was time to join. Anyway, someone want to take a guess on this leghorn. (S)he is probably 5 weeks. She has a decent size comb like the breed and it really has no pink to it. I cant see any wattles. Male or female.
