Thank you babe. This morning I said to my partner are we just not ment to have chickens?? He said bub I know your sad but its not your fault and we both look after them all day. But Hazel was with us most of the day cuddling, sitting on our knees, waiting for me at the front door. She seemed like she really enjoyed her day and is loving life.

I love that! Poppy, my red star (looks JUST like hazel) pullet will stop at nothing to hang out with me! Aren’t chickens (and chicken besties) just amazing?

They are absolutely amazing. Its really good that my partner loves the chickens like I do. Anything I want when it comes to the chickens I get or he does for me.
