If we are talking about button quail, they can fly pretty darn well if wing aren't clipped. They must be kept inside, and they must be kept in pairs! They need game bird feed or non-medicated chick starter, bird seed, biggie calcium and grit, and the occasional veggie or mealworms.

2per cage,. I use large parakeet, and they can NEVER be outside... They ONLY indoor pets!
