New question to you duck people. We have two hens who are laying eggs wherever they feel like it. At least one of the girls will sometimes lay her egg in their swimming pool. As the water in there is usually "duck soup" I certainly am not interested in eating those eggs. Would you all agree?

A couple of our SLW chicks are very interested in our roo, and vice versa. Is there anything to this?

1 day after Roo arrived, we were given 13 new chicks and 4 ducklings!

3 days after massacre, We gave a new home to this 3 mo old Silver Sussex Roo. Very sweet natured boy.

in April we had added 6 new hens to our little flock. June, 3 dogs jumped our fence and killed the 3 adults and 3 of the new chicks.

a few weeks back we suffered the fate of many chicken caretakers. a dog got into the run and killed 6 of the 10 birds. It was infuriating.
