Amber Wolf with Forked Farms has Splash Gold-laced Orpingtons. And yes, Splash to Splash will always produce Splash. The birds will progressively get lighter each generation, so if it were me, I'd breed normal, Black Gold-laced into them. That will also give you Blue Gold-laced and you'll keep your Splash from getting so light it's almost white.
