Sorry your bird is suffering. You should post in our Emergency section for more help. Basically Vent Gleet is a yeast infection of the intestinal tract. Use poultry only Acidified Copper Sulfate. 1/8 th teaspoon Copper per 1/2 gallon of water, make new every day for 7 days.

Nystatin is only for crop yeast, it won't work on intestinal yeast.
