Ahhh, well at least you picked a good team haha. The Bulls during the Michael Jordan era were my favorite team...but I lost interest in the NBA as I got older. Being in NC you probably see some pretty good college ball though! Yeah, up until COVID, we have gone to a March Madness First Round location for about 10 years--so fun!

I’ve been a fan for a long time, I’m so glad they are good again. Covid shut down everything, but I am glad you get to to again! Why did you lose interest?

Not sure...I think some of it was that the good players just weren't real likable to me--they seemed overly spoiled and entitled and lacked the type of team mentality I appreciate. It felt like it started to move towards an "all about one player" mentality and while I can appreciate the impressive skills of one player--basketball is a team sport and when done right, it helps multiple people shine.

The Warriors are a good example of a team dynamic...where Curry is sort of the guy, so was KD and so is Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. I like teams that are like that...but there was a 20 year period of the "golden boy" that turned me off.

It may also be partly due to the fact that I left for college at the end of the Bulls reign and lost touch with professional sports for a few years and my Dad died and he was who I watched all sports with. I do enjoy watching the Warriors now and again and have gone to the Kings games a couple of times...buuuuttt, they suck soooo we don't go often

I understand. Maybe try watching a Bulls game once? I think it has changed

Btw, don’t know if you know, KD isn’t on the warriors anymore.

I think that’s a lot Like the Bulls of Today, none of the players “hog” the ball, they’re all about being a team

Yeah, I did know KD left...probably for the best too, he seems to be a bit more of the "all about me" mentality...although I do like him, he's a great player. The Bulls do look like a great team to enjoy watching!! Although I am not a real fan of any of the Ball family haha. I know they aren't their Dad, but man it's tough to like that family because of him haha.

I'm doing alright! Wishing I could spend all day outside with my chickens instead of working--especially since it's starting to get hot in the afternoons ...so I'm on the chicken forum instead haha. How are you?
