so, i may have went a little chick crazy ( they also had bin chicks for $2 at the hatchery ) and i was able to get some blue ameraucanas, 2 speckled sussex, a BCM & some lavender orps. i also added an english jubilee orp, a barnevelder, dark brahmas, and some blue cochins. i was able to mark off quite a bit on my list and even the ones i didn't realize i wanted until i was going through the hatchery catalog

@WVBirdsAndBees sold me some of his ladies and because of that, I’m able to mark golden laced wyandottes off my chicken breed wishlist! Hopefully when spring comes, I’ll be able to buy lavender Orpington hatching eggs off of him.

i was officially able to mark ameraucanas off my chicken wishlist on saturday. while i was wanting both pullets, the general consensus is that maude ( the one in front ) is a boy. hopefully i'll be able to get some eggs out of daria in the next few weeks.
