Bantams rarely hatch early, usually in a case when they do it's actually because the incubator temp was higher than it should have been.
Though locking everyone down on day 16 is fine. I just wouldn't up the humidity too much until they start pipping.
You can remove the chicks as they hatch, yes. It won't cause any shrinkwrapping.

I also only have my humidity at 55 right now it was between 40-50 .I experimented last night and only got it to rise to 55.So do not up my humidity again till popping? Sorry to keep bothering. I'm a hot mess .I hate to kill babies.Shrink wrap scares me to death.

It's ok!!! Yup, that's good for now. Once you notice the first external pip, up it to around 70%.
Shrinkwrapping is way rarer than people think, and won't happen unless your humidity isn't high enough or the incubator is open for over half an hour. The broody hen would still get up to eat and drink during "lockdown", and the eggs don't shrinkwrap.
