I love my parakeet! He is really scared of people at the moment, so it is a (fun) challenge to get him tame. I LOVE birds in general and love getting them to trust me. I have a feeling that I am going to be a bird-something-or-other when I grow up.

That's good! I've been quite busy lately.. Quincy (My first rooster) died yesterday morning... D: It sounded like he got a cold, but I did some research and it started to sound like something more serious than I thought. There wasn't much I could do to help him out. But gee, i've never felt this terrible about a chickens death before. I feel like I could've done more.. But otherwise, everything else here is going pretty good. I got some Silkie chicks a few weeks ago!
