    They can definitely have other breeds mixed in. I think bigger is more healthy however. 10 lbs is a good size! My boy is 14 lbs! :D

    I agree. Our first Yorkie was about 6.5 lbs. He had a few issues that are common to the breed, but lived to be 15. This little guy seems to be much healthier. 10-15 lbs is a good size. (I worry about the little teacup pups.)

    My friend has a female Morkie that barely weighs 5 pounds. She gets hypoglycemic a lot, just too tiny. :( Tiny is cute but not all that healthy.
