I haven't watched that one yet, but the ones from the 40s are my favorite versions. Basil Rathbone made a perfect Holmes!

Haven't seen any of it yet. I've heard they're decent, but they changed a lot of stuff. I mean, the ones from the 40s don't really follow the stories either, but I can get over that because of how well they did Holmes.
