I have a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees named Coop, he guards my flock of about 30 chickens. Until recently, we had no problems with him; he was content to stay close to his flock without any need for fencing. However, our neighbors have started throwing deer carcasses into the woods, which has led Coop to go over to eat them. They also have a yappy dog that Coop got annoyed with and went over to howl at.
