Yeah, they're one of my favorite breeds, too. I used to have 3 but now I am down to 1 (but I have a lot of their babies (grown now) including the rooster.)

Next Spring (unless I can contain myself) I am going to ask our feedstore if they can order me in some Russian Orloffs--they are like SS with a muff and a beard.

White surprisingly! I think that makes him a red comet or “red sexlink”? I saw the birds that were his parents so maybe he’s gen 2 sexlink, but more likely just good ol’ barnyard

Oh, I have a lot of different breeds... the ones mentioned before + Bielefelders, a Cuckoo Marans, an Easter Egger (that lays brown eggs), chicks: 2 Seramas, Blue Andalusians, Steele Eggers, an Olive Egger & Prairie Bluebell Eggers. Plus Coturnix Quail.
