Woooow a Jersey Giant?! I've always wanted some of those! How big is she?

I was super excited to get her because I’ve heard they are super sweet. Sadly I got a dud, but I still love her. She is definitely my biggest hen, probably about twice the size of my Speckled Sussex, but I don’t know how much she weighs.

She just isn’t sweet at all. Very far from the lap chicken I was expecting. But I’ve heard such good things about the breed, so I don’t think that is normal for them. But I know that just because it’s normal for the breed doesn’t mean that’s the way they will be.
