Excited for first eggs!!!

First eggs
by a hen of my first flock of 7 hens. I'm not sure which hen laid the eggs. They are 17-18 weeks old. I've been feeding them grower feed for the past month. Should I start them all on layer feed? Or wait another few weeks. Any other tips for me to know?Attachments
