I've never seen Star Wars, because I think I'd be betraying Star Trek if I did.. xD I have watched Stargate, but I never got into it.

My favorite is the Original Series, but I also like The Animated Series and The Next Generation. I saw three Star Trek movies from the 1900s too, and they were pretty good.
