Randomly remembered BYC and logged in to look something up. Posting a semi-nostalgic update on here for anyone who may be in the same boat. (By the looks of it, my old friends and I have all grown up and moved on.)
Continued:
-I had to move in 2018 and my flock entered the good hands of a friend. I haven't had chickens since, and will not have them again for the forseeable future. My life is pretty full without pets at the moment, so I'm fine with this.

-As growing up on the internet goes, BYC was a great place to be. I'm thankful for the community I had here and the enormous amount of writing skill development that happened on these forums. Thanks to everybody who helped make these forums so fun and so safe.
Continued:
-I would like the world to know that I am now much more mature than I was in the early-mid 2010's when I was posting on here regularly.
Hope everybody is doing well and enjoying their lives as they unfolded beyond mid 2010's chat room conversations!
