I just stumbled onto vetrx. I know its a little late now but we recently had some chicks that were acting sick and not eating and we used it and it works wonders. I'm not a seller of it or anything but just a little bit of info from one bird owner to another. And a little goes a long way. We put a drop or two on our hands and rub a little under each wing, on chest, and legs and under the neck.
Thanks for your help! We also lost ours. It was doing so well until a toddler got ahold of him. We went away for a couple days and took him with. I kept him up on a shelf higher than I thought my son could reach but he put him in his water and then his cup so not sure if he was chilled or injured but he didn't eat the next two days.

I'm so sorry! Yes I can imagine. We are animal lovers and its very sad, especially when you fight so hard to keep them alive.
I found your post on your chick with its legs behind it from last month. Can you give me any details or pointers? What was the outcome? I have a guinea Keet that's doing the exact same thing

Unfortunately we lost it(due to a snake getting in the brooder) it was getting better and starting to walk on its own. We tried the hobbling its legs together but it still did the same thing. So we tried that with the cup method with the swing (pretty much made it to where it had to stand on its legs) we used an old sock and cut out for its legs, head, wings and tail so it could potty when needed

Im sorry im having trouble getting it all on here at one time. Anyways we used string to tie the sock up. We would feed it and give it water every few hours and at night rest with the other 2 chicks and in the morning back in its swing.
    Any questions just ask
