My brother exercises 6 days a week. :-/ He also takes protein powder, creatine and pre-workout mix. That can't be healthy!!!

I am close enough to the store that I would love to walk, I am close to my license, but my Mom or Dad normally drive me and I run in. Yes, it is awesome to lift things!!
