    This is one of the tallest single-family homes in the U.S. It's a former water tower in Surfside, California. It's perpetually for sale because no one wants to be in it during an earthquake. 😬 Current asking price: $5.5MIL.

    Oh yes, they're great at that! They even steal bags of chips from shops. I know some people consider them pests but I think they're hilarious. Their eggs are supposed to be good, too. I've never had one but I'd love to try one some day.

    Haha, they do that on the west coast, too! Seagulls are consummate thieves. I miss hearing them and watching them. I've never fed chickens french fries but I'm a little on the picky side as to what our hens eat.

    1. Run errands (credit union and groceries) before it gets too hot (96F/36C today). 2. Vacuum house. 3. Windex north windows.

    It's hard to take a life, as it should be, but sometimes it's necessary. That's part of managing livestock. Even though it was difficult, you did the right thing, and that takes courage and fortitude. Hugs to you. 🫂
