    Update: I was incorrect about the lesions being systemic. I misunderstood when my sister was taking me through it. What I thought she was referring to was actually just thicker spots of fibrin against the organs and intestines. The tumors were only along the reproductive tract.

    Definitely looked like the second one. While there were a lot on the ovary, they were not to the point of cauliflower-like as in the first link. Reading through, there were a lot of similarities and I did not know they use hens as a model to study ovarian cancer in women! How cool!
