It won’t hurt them to treat for coccidiosis. I have read conflicting evidence about using Corid for vaccinated birds. But, if in doubt I would treat them all. Let us know how they get along.
Are you seeing anything on the comb or wattles? I am going to tag @Wyorp Rock to have a look at your picture. Here are pictures found online of turkeys with fowl pox:
Doe syou have any pictures? Are you cleaning waterers and changing it daily? Is the food fresh and put out daily. Is there any vent pecking going on? What are you feeding them? Some hens have problems with poop not clearing the area below the vent, especially if they have diarrhea. Flystrike...
It looks like bumblefoot which sometimes occurs on the top of the foot between the toes. The cut on her foot pad may be related. I would disinfect the large bump on the top between the toes and lance it with a needle or hypodermic needle. Then try to squeeze out any pus inside. Then disinfect it...
Does she normally lay eggs with hard shells and often? How does her vent look? She probably doesn’t have vent gleet (a fungal infection that causes bare red skin around the vent, and a foul smelling odor, which may cause a continuous leakage of white urates that burn the skin.) Her runny yellow...
Do you have pictures? If mosquitoes are a problem, it might be fowl pox scabs, a virus carried by mosquitoes. If it is fowl pox, the virus lasts about 3 weeks, and most get better with some immunity against it in the future. Pox scabs should be left alone and not handled, which can spread the...
Was there any hot pavement or metal where the duckling had been walking around? I am not very helpful with ducks only chickens, but blisters can develop with burns. Mycoplasma synoviae is a mycoplasma, similar to a bacteria, and usually causes bacterial arthritis where yellow fluid is found in...
Is she still having the yellow urates today? The vet might start some meloxicam and an antibiotic that could help if she has a reproductive infection or the beginnings of salpingitis (inflamed oviduct.) Amoxicillan or enrofloxacin are commonly used for those. Vets are not usually allowed to...
Do you have a picture of the blood and poop? How old are your chickens? Do they have enough roosting space so they don’t have to fight for positions? Many times blood on the roost can be from a broken blood feather or a pecked comb, but if mixed with blood, it might be best to get some Corid and...
It looks like a roundworm. Can you worm your chickens with either Valbazen 1/2 orally, and repeat it in 10 days? Or you can use SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 10% fenbendazole 1/4 ml per pound given orally and repeated in 10 days. If you use the SafeGuard for 5 consecutive days it will also treat...
Are you still applying miconazole to her face? How is it looking? You had dipped her in the past in permethrin. It normally is applied as a dust or using about 15 ml (1/2 ounce) a spray bottle. The dust is probably easier on them and does nit chill them. Can you see any more mites or lice on...
Chickens usually do not need supplements if they are getting a complete balanced layer or all flock feed as the majority of their diet. Calcium citrate with vitamin D tablets for humans to treat egg binding are available in drug stores, and their layer feed contains the daily amount of calcium...
I would try to get permethrin spray and apply it to her vent to kill any remaining maggots. Flystrike is very serious. It may require soaking her vent area several times over a couple of days, as the maggot larvae can keep hatching out for a day or two. Apply plain Neosporin triple antibiotic...
Do you have any pictures of her, her droppings, and her eye? Are there any bubbles or foam in that eye, and is the eyelid swollen? How does her crop feel—empty and flat, full, hard, doughy, or squishy? Can you feel of it in early morning before she has a chance to eat or drink, to make sure...
